Just by sharing your story with us, you have a chance to win some swag! The winner(s) of the swag will be selected in the Benefit Funds’ sole discretion at the conclusion of each month. Members may enter each month but can only receive one prize. Submissions must be made by the last day of the month to be eligible. If a winner does not respond to the Benefit Funds within 15 days of being notified by the Benefit Funds that he/she is selected as a winner, the winner forfeits his/her rights to the prize but may enter further submissions for a chance to win.
